Rent for the Mobile Home lots are $125 a month. If paid before closing on 5th, a $25 discount is applied.
If paid before closing on 10th, a $15 discount is applied. Rent is late on the 10th of each month, with a late fee of
$25 applied (making amount due $150). We have a set Rules and Regulations that each tenant must sign and abide by, but
no lease timetable. We only rent the lots, but there are a few trailers that are subletting. You must contact
the owners of the trailers for more information.
We provide access points for power and plumbing, and a mailbox to recieve mail. Utilities include: gas, electricity,
water, trash pickup, etc.; must be contracted through the Sylacauga Utilities Board.
Yard of the Month
Yards are judged by their overall appearance, as well as condition of trailer, and whether it is decorated seasonally.
After all yards are judged, a winner is chosen. We have a sign designating the winner, and depending on the month, the
prize varies from $20 to $50 Home Depot or Marvin's Gift Certificate.
